Product Introduction:
YMC Dust Collector is widely used in all walks of life as a collection equipment of dust and particles . It has high filtration efficiency and continuous working ability both for the treatment of air pollution and far the particles recovery equipment used in the production line . YMC Dust Collector has a variety of models with different specifications according to the size of the air volume capacity and the different nature of the dust . The filter cartridge adopts high-quality flame-retardant filter material , and the working temperature can reach 120℃.
Filter element is one of the core components of YMC Dust Collector . According to different working environment and dust particles of different properties , our company specially provides different types of filter elements for you to ensure the filtering efficiency and safety of the dust collector . During operation , the air to be treated by the dust removal fan is firstly started to enter from the air inlet of the dust collector Through the filter element , the dust particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element . The filtered air enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan through the air outlet . Dust particles fall on the outer surface of the filter element , which will increase the air resistance of the filter element and reduce the working efficiency of the dust collector. After the start of the dust removal program , the microcomputer program controller activates the electron magnetic valve in a fixed time sequence to drive the corresponding explosive gas diaphragm valve to pen , release the compressed airulse , blow back the filter element from the inside to the outside , blow the dust off the surface of the filter element and drop it into the dust retainer , thus ensuring the best working performance of the dust collector.
